Antwerp-ITCCO is an Antwerp-based International Center for Action Learning on Sustainability and Business Ethics, affiliated with UNITAR.    

We have the ambition to be the benchmark in action learning: high-level, innovative, interdisciplinary, multi-actor and practical learning and training methods to create awareness and to support the implementation of the development goals of the United Nations and to build capacity in the field of sustainable development, corporate social responsibility, business ethics, accountability and transparency, based in the City of Antwerp, strongly anchored in Belgium and with an international reputation and clientele.

ITCCO Action Learning Seminar

Ethical banking policies and sustainable financial products as part of a company’s sustainability strategy

On Friday October 17th, Antwerp-ITCCO & Argenta invite you to their Action Learning Seminar (in Dutch) introducing and debating international ethical frameworks and sustainable banking products for financial professionals. Through interactive sessions, exercises and testimonials from Argenta, Van Lanschot, Triodos & Global Alliance for Banking on Values, Forum Ethibel, Vigeo, Fairfin, The Dutch Association of Investors for Sustainable Development (VBDO) and Febelfin, participants will receive practical information on how to implement sustainability in their financial management.

CSR E-learning course

Antwerp-ITCCO and UNITAR are pleased to announce a new E-learning course on Corporate Social Responibility (CSR).

The course will run from October 13th till October 31st and is organised as an e-learning, allowing you to take the course at the most suitable moment. The e-learning module is supported by a dynamic and interactive forum in which you can share ideas and best practices with other participants all over the world.
Successful completion of the course entitles you to an official UNITAR certificate of completion.

Peter Wollaert on sustainability

raak_0914 The latest edition of Raak, the monthly magazine (in Dutch) of KWB, deals with sustainability.  Peter Wollaert, General Manager of Antwerp-ITCCO, was interviewed on Corporate Social Responsibility. Sustainable Fashion Action Learning

BMA_8415 On August 25th, Antwerp-ITCCO organized its first Action Learning on sustainable fashion in cooperation with Antwerp Management School and Flanders Fashion Institute. Participants were guided through the heart of the Fashion District, discovering sustainability best practices and issues throughout the sector and discussing innovative solutions.

Sustainability through the Diamond Chain

BMA_7432 On July 3, 2014, Antwerp-ITCCO organized, in collaboration with our founding partners Antwerp World Diamond Center (AWDC) and Fonds voor Diamantnijverheid (FVD) a sustainability action learning project. This is an interactive tour for executives about the challenges of sustainable development and corporate social responsibility by means of some field visits in the Diamond Quarter, based on the first sustainability report from AWDC. Antwerp-ITCCO is in the progress of fine-tuning the course. The date for the next course will be announced on our website and newsletter.

Sustainability platform

 
On the 29th of April 2014, around 100 sustainability pioneers from Antwerp came together for the first Antwerp Sustainability Platform.  Antwerp-ITCCO and Stadslab2050 brought together intrapreneurs from companies, business community, governments, trade unions, non-governmental organizations, academia and knowledge centres, to exchange knowledge in the field of sustainable development, corporate social responsibility, business ethics and transparency.
