Climate Change Tutorial on Climate Information and Services, Launched in French!

The UN CC:e-Learn platform features the 30-minute tutorial on climate information and services in French! 

14 August 2017, Geneva, Switzerland - The e-tutorial on "Climate Information and Services” for decision-makers in Africa, and beyond is now available in French. This version of the introductory e-tutorial was developed in collaboration with UNECA’s African Climate Policy Center (ACPC) and the Pan-Africa component of the Weather Information Services for Africa (WISER) program, supported by UK’s Department for International Development (DFID).

The tutorial is structured around answering three questions: 

  1. What are climate information and services?
  2. What is their role in development planning and policy?
  3. How can decision-makers strengthen their application?

The tutorial is an interactive user-friendly learning tool with a downloadable package available for offline studies.
