FEES,
CERTIFICATES, AND REGISTRATION PROCESS
UNITAR charges a fee to
all participants to cover the costs of administering and conducting its
e-Learning courses. This will help UNITAR sustain its e-Learning initiative
in the medium term as well as offer new and relevant course topics. UNITAR
thanks you for your understanding.

Fees:

UNITAR's online courses on Public Finance
and Trade are now offered on a cost recovery basis which requires
payment of a fee of US $ 400 per participant per course, payable by
bank transfer immediately after registration. |

Certificates:

Successful e-Course participants
will receive a Certificate of Completion from UNITAR after completion
of a course. The certificates
will be individually signed by the Course Director and the UNITAR
Human Resources Chief |

Registration
Process: |

Step 1 of 4:
Applicants first need to fill out the online
Registration Form. After applicants click the "Submit"
button at the bottom of the registration form, they will receive
a reply via email from UNITAR confirming receipt of their application
(please ensure that a valid email address is entered in the registration
form).
Step 2 of 4:
Upon registration, bank details will be provided by UNITAR. All
applicants will then have to pay the corresponding course fee
via bank transfer. Payment must be received by UNITAR immediately
after registration.
Step
3 of 4:
Once payment (course fee) is received by UNITAR, UNITAR will confirm
receipt of the applicants payment
via email and reserve a slot in the requested course. The applicant
is urged to send a confirmation of his/her payment/transfer receipt
by via email to dfmelearning@unitar.org
Step
4 of 4: The applicant
will receive his/her username and password three working days before
the start of the requisite course. This will allow the applicant to participate in the requisite e-Learning course, using an internet connection.

Refund
and Cancellation Policy: UNITAR does
NOT refund payment once it has been received for a particular e-Learning course. However, if a participant is unable to take a particular course after having deposited a fee for it, the fee can be applied/allocated to another
UNITAR course on the condition that the other course starts within
the same calendar year.
All unused payments at the end of a calendar year are considered forfeited.
Cancellation of participation from a course must be requested via
email (dfmelearning@unitar.org) before the first day of the course
to be able to apply the fee to another course.
UNITAR reserves the right to modify course schedules.
