Training is at the heart of developing human and institutional
capacity. The Multilateral Diplomacy and International Affairs
Management Programme strives to reflect this reality by
providing our target beneficiaries with an extensive menu
of training opportunities to enhance professional performance
and more efficient and effective decision-making.

A
Three-Tiered Programme Structure |
The Programme offers three categories of training events:
The programme structure includes general orientation seminars,
awareness raising workshops on emerging issues and policy
developments, and skills building workshops. Topics focus
on general and specific aspects of international relations,
including legal, socio-economic and political perspectives.
The course themes have been identified on the basis of training
needs surveys, and are revised regularly following course
evaluations and programme assessments.
