E-Governance Programme

e-Governance programme aims at delivering innovative capacity development programme for government officials around the world on the topics related to using Information and Communications Technologies (ICT), including mobile technology for better governence.  The objective of our capacity development programme is to assist local, regional and national governments in providing efficient management of government information and better service delivery to citizens, and improving citizen inclusion in public policy decision-making.
