e-Learning for Debt and Finance Managers

Debt and Financial Management Programme (DFM)
DFM offers 6 to 10 short e-Learning courses each year intended primarily for debt and finance managers from developing countries. The instructor-moderated online courses require six weeks of part-time study, typically 8-10 hours per week. The content for each course is based on fifteen years of research and international work that UNITAR has conducted in the field of public debt management issues.

e-Learning for Multilateral Diplomats and Conference Delegates

Multilateral Diplomacy and International Affairs Management Programme (IAM)

UNITAR's Multilateral Diplomacy and International Affairs Management Programme launched in 2006 its e-Learning
course on Performing Effectively in Multilateral Conferences and Diplomacy. The course includes six interactive training modules introducing its online users to the world of multilateral conferences, the formal and informal processes of multilateral conferences, rules of procedures, conference documents and drafting, effective negotiation and decision-making in conferences, chairing, and effective preparations for a multilateral conference. The course builds on UNITAR’s wealth of experience designing and implementing training workshops on conference diplomacy and multilateral negotiation at country and regional levels. While UNITAR continues to organize such “face-to-face” workshops on a demand-driven basis, the e-Learning course will reach out to participants across the globe and impart them with skills to participate effectively in multilateral processes.
