VISIT TO AFGHANISTAN’S MINISTRY OF FINANCE

 On February 4 UNITAR representatives visiting Kabul met with the Honorable Abdul Razaq Samadi, Minister of Finance (a) of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, to discuss training for ministry staff.
