Suite à la restructuration de l'UNITAR et la décision de l'Assemblée générale, l'UNITAR a interrompu ses activités de recherche en tant que telle, et s'est tourné vers la recherche sur et pour la formation. Ses publications sont donc des manuels pratique ou du matériel de formation.

Seules les publications rédigées ou éditées par le personnel de l'UNITAR sont inclues ici, avec le matériel de formation authentique publié par les divers programmes. Les documents sont présentés selon la langue dans laquelle ils sont disponibles.
