The final workshop of the UNITAR Fellowship for Afghanistan Programme took place at the Ministry of Finance in Kabul on 10 - 11 December 2012. With the 59 graduating Fellows of the 2012 Cycle in attendance, the Session saw a web-based training seminar linking Calgary, Hiroshima, and Kabul, examining Participatory Monitoring and Evaluation.

UNITAR thanks the Ministry of Finance, and all supporting agencies for their engagement and support of the Fellowship programme, and congratulates its newest Fellowship graduates.
