Registration and Payment Procedure
Step 1: Registration with UNITAR online catalogue of events
Registrations for the e-courses on International Law have to be done through UNITAR online catalogue of events. Please click on the following link to reach this http://www.unitar.org/event
This means that you first have to create an account with UNITAR online catalogue by completing an online form. Please attentively read the information provided in the form and take time to accurately fill it out. Note that fields marked with a red asterisk [*] are mandatory.
As soon as, you create your account and get a login, you will be able to select the upcoming e-learning courses on International Law and register for them.
Step 2: Finding and selecting the course
To find the course which interests you, you can use the left vertical menu “Quick Research” or utilize the 2012 Calendar looking for the courses by month.
Once you find the course, click on the name of the course which is a link and detailed information will be displayed. The images below show the register procedure, i.e. you would like to participante in the e-Course on International Environmental Governance.
If you wish to register for it, click on the “Select” button.
As soon as you click on the “Select” button a yellow message appears, next please click on “confirm your selection…” which is a link.
Step 3: Payment of Course Fees
Full Course fees range between 400 to 800 USD per participant and per course depending on the duration of the training. However, ILP offers reduced fees for least developed countries, developing countries and countries with economies in transition.
Course fees are automatically calculated by the system according to the above described criteria (duration and nationality of participants).
Once you click on “confirm your selection” link, the course(s) in which you wish to participate in and its respective fee (s) will appear.
If you agree with your course selection, then click on the “Confirm” button and the online billing form will appear on your screen. Please carefully read and complete this form.
Course fees can be paid either by bank transfer or by credit card. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, an invoice containing UNITAR’s bank details will be emailed following your registration for the course. Your slot in the course will be secured once you pay the fee via bank transfer. Thus, kindly email to firstname.lastname@example.org the evidence of your payment to expedite your enrollment process. Participants who pay by credit card are immediately enrolled for the course.
Important: Upon course registration, you accept responsibility to make the full payment for the UNITAR course(s) following receipt of the course fee invoice. UNITAR reserves the right to rescind an applicant's enrollment at any time in case of non-receipt of payment. Payment is non-reimbursable but upon approval may be credited to another course delivered by ILP.
Step 4: Confirmation of your Participation and Course Access:
Upon receipt of your payment, you will receive an email confirmation from UNITAR informing you of your acceptance in the course(s) you have registered for and will receive your username and password on the Friday before the start of the course.
