CIFAL Scotland (United Kingdom) is the UNITAR local development training centre in Northern Europe. The CIFAL offers a wide range of training and networking events for local stakeholders on topics of climate change and low-carbon economy, Green Cities and Transition Towns, and renewable energy and community resilience. Its overall vision is to act as a knowledge hub for Northern Europe promoting concrete solutions for more sustainable communities and livelihoods.
