• By car to UNITAR:

Leaving the airport,  follow the sign "Genève Centre".  After approximately 10 to 15 minutes you will arrive at the junction Balexert where you will take a right turn following the Avenue du Pailly.  At the Viaduc de l'Ecu you will already recognize the International Environment House on your left hand side. Take the right lane shortly before the Viaduc (bridge) - do not drive across the bridge! Follow the right lane and take a sharp U-turn to the left at the traffic light. This will take you straight in front of the International Environment House.

  • Bus Directions from the Airport to UNITAR
    To get from the Airport to UNITAR,  take the bus #10 Cité Nouvelle to "Gare Cornavin". You can catch the #10 bus on the "departures" level at the Airport. At Gare Cornavin, you must transfer to bus #6 Vernier (for schedule, see page "Cornavin"). Keep your bus ticket when you get on the second bus.  Please note that the bus #6 Vernier stops in front of the Notre Dame church, across the street from the Gare Cornavin.  You must get off at the stop called "Châtelaine Ecole" and then walk straight for about 50 meters until you reach a traffic light where you turn right at Avenue du Pailly.  From there, UNITAR is only about 200 metres away, located at the corner of Avenue du Pailly and Chemin des Anémones, at the International Environment House.
