Strategic Planning

The section leads the monitoring of and reporting on the implementation of the Institute’s 2010-2012 Strategic Plan. The Plan includes a results-based matrix of some 50 actions and 100 performance indicators connected to the plan's  strategic objectives:

  • Identify and respond more effectively to beneficiary needs;
  • Enhance the quality and diversity of products and services;
  • Strengthen resource efficiency, effectiveness and accountability in delivering results; and
  • Increase autonomy.
