Key Performance Indicators
Key performance indicators (KPIs) enable the Institute to monitor organizational performance against a number of strategic objectives. KPIs serve as a simplified corporate performance framework and include measures such as beneficiary outreach; events, including modes of delivery and partnership dimensions; client satisfaction; financial performance; carbon footprinting. The measures are generally related to the four priority areas of the current Strategic Plan.
In close cooperation with programmes, offices and sections, the M&E Section monitors progress in meeting performance targets across the Institute’s training interventions.
