M&E Tools and Guidelines

The section undertakes research and prepares M&E-related guidelines, templates, checklists and dashboards to assist programmes and other divisional entities to effectively carry out monitoring and evaluation functions. The section has developed guidance documents, templates, checklists and other tools on:

• Indicators;
• Evaluation based on participation reaction, satisfaction and intent to use;
• Evaluation of learning outcomes;
• Programme performance reporting; and
• Project and activity completion reports.

Other tools, including ex ante and ex post evaluation guidance documents are under development.
