UNITAR, in partnership with the Delhi Policy Group, in association with the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland and the Embassy of Finland in India, will be delivering appropriate, innovative and executive face-to-face training courses this summer within the premises of The United Service Institution of India (New Delhi).

Understanding Conflict and Conflict Analysis (25 June – 29 June)
The objective of the course is to provide participants with an overview of the key elements of conflict analysis and how these can be integrated into the context of pre-intervention assessment and planning for a peace operation. Click here for course registration

Leadership, Team Work and Team Management in Peace Operations (25 June – 29 June).
The goal of the course is to provide participants with an overview of theories and practices related to leadership, teamwork and team management, applicable to the specific context of a peace operation. The course aims to equip those involved in supervision, team work, and management with the skills required for successful leadership, team work, and team management in peace operations.
