The UNITAR New York Office is pleased to announce the upcoming workshop on negotiating international peace and security with the financial support of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Sweden. The two-day workshop will take place on 21 and 22 October 2010.

 

The workshop will introduce participants to the particular dynamics of Security Council negotiations and address the challenges involved from the negotiator’s perspective on selected areas such as children and armed conflict and women, peace and security.
