This atlas provides detailed geospatial information identifying the current location of spatially-distinct IDP shelter concentrations within Mogadishu as identified from satellite imagery recorded on 21-22 August and 28 July 2011.It is based on a detailed analysis report available here : http://www.unitar.org/unosat/node/44/1581 . This atlas is produced by UNITAR/UNOSAT in support of international humanitarian assistance in the Horn of Africa following the extreme drought and has been designed for easy printing and readability on A4 and A3 paper. Individual map sheets were designed at 1:14,000 scale. | |
