This map illustrates satellite-detected shelters and other buildings at the Khazir Transit IDP Camp in Ninawa Province, Iraq. This camp is 2.8 kilometres northwest of Aski Kalak town and as of 22 June 2014, a total of 415 shelters were detected as well as 19 infrastructure and support buildings. Heavy vehicle traffic is present throughout the Monsul road on 22 June 2014.This is a preliminary analysis & has not yet been validated in the field. Please send ground feedback to UNITAR / UNOSAT.
