Notable Doctor LI Jie, Team leader of the Law Enforcement Team of Shanghai Food and Drug Administration presented on the current food safety situation, the main issues and strategies of food safety, and the key requirements in Smart City Shanghai. Specific aspects discussed during the lecture included how to promote the sharing of information about the licensing, supervision and administration of the food industry, how to build data bases for food safety, and how to encourage the public to participate in the supervision of food safety, among others.
