CIFAL Argentina- Workshop on corporate social responsability and employment
All the companies as employers, occupy an strategic place of change in an scenario in which access to employment is the main mechanism of socioeconomic inclusion.
In the new millennium, international initiatives that promote sustainable development in general have become more prevalent (ILO; SDG, OCDE,…). We propose to focus on those particular aspects of labor dynamics inherent in the activity of the labor demand (employers) that impact in the real life of employees in and out from the labour market.
- To build capacity on corporate social responsability
- To provide up-to-date information on Argentina's main socio-economic indicators on employment.
- To diseminate knowledge about the existence of international reference standards on employment and corporate social responsability
- To raise awareness of the impact of "discrimination" on access to employment
- To learn and be able to detect discrimination dynamics in the world of work.
