If the City of Durban employs more post-graduates, then its operations will be better informed. The workshop is a part of a yearlong program to support city officials undertaking post graduate studies by helping them craft including literature reviews, conduct research, structure academic papers, and other tasks needed to construct a thesis.

The workshop aims to help post-graduate researchers employed by eThekwini Municipality complete their thesis to help them advance in their career and enhance their performance.

At the end of the course, participants will have completed their thesis under the guidance of academics and practitioners.

Learning activities include, among others, presentations and tutoring.

This workshop targets post-graduate researchers employed by eThekwini Municipality.
