This conference is focused on the needs of Ukrainian local authorities in terms of the municipal level management.
At the end of the conference, participants will gain knowledge on:
- Management competences of Ukrainian officials
- Cooperation with rural areas
- Institutional development support
- PPP model of cooperation
The conference is divided in the following sessions:
- Introductory methodology workshop.
- Workshops in Ukrainian municipalities – identifying the needs of the participating cities
- Study visit in Polish cities – presenting solutions used and models of municipal management.
Though lectures, case studies and group activities, the conference is aimed at enhancing participant's knowledge on municipal level management.
