It is organized by the Stakeholder Forum for a Sustainable Future and the United Nations Non-Governmental Liaison Service (UN-NGLS) and is supported by the the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) through a financial contribution and a panel presentation on international ennvironmental governance.
The key messages of the conference will be presented as an input to the first preparatory meeting of the UN Conference on Sustainable Development (Rio +20) taking place at the UN Headquarters in New York from 17-19 May 2010.
