Identify recognized and accepted practices in international protocol;
Define IFAD guidelines on diplomatic courtesy, etiquette and order of precedence;
Identify the appropriate forms of communication with higher-ranking officials;
Recognise common protocol challenges specific to IFAD;
Identify and confidently enact political solutions to such challenges;
Manage governing bodies meetings and high-level visits;
Predict potential faux-pas and prevent their occurrence.
