Data Protection and Privacy
The personal data of participants applying for, registering for or participating in UNITAR's training courses and other events is governed by the Data Protection and Privacy Policy. By applying for, registering for or participating in this event, the participant acknowledges that he or she is, (or they are) aware of the policy and agree to its terms.
The Consular Corps of Malaga receives a specific training in geostrategy and leadership through the 2030 Agenda, which is taught by technicians from CIFAL Malaga, and whose objective is knowledge of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and their link with cities and institutions for their implementation and monitoring.
- To locate each objective of the Agenda 2030 in the different areas that the consulate system works in Spain.
- To establish the basic lines for an action plan that is in accordance with the goals pursued by the Objectives from their diverse perspectives.
- To train on efficient project management processes.
To provide basic and practical training on how to start working with the SDGs and the 2030 Agenda from consular headquarters, and how to star action plans in accordance with the goals in the different areas of competence.
This event entails the following topics:
- Governance
- Urban Planing
- Economic development
- Social Inclusion
- Prevention of radicalization
This event is comprised of lectures, practical exercises and question and answer sessions.
