UNITAR places much value on knowing the concrete results that our programming produces and especially knowing how our vast array of training and related programming furthers the lives of our beneficiaries. With the onset of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and the attention that the Agenda’s follow-up and review process is receiving, it is more important than ever to understand not only if we are doing the right things, but also whether we are doing them right to help Member States achieve the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

UNITAR Executive Director visits Japan

Building upon the important relationship with Hiroshima, a signing ceremony for the Memorandum of Understanding between UNITAR and Hiroshima Prefectural Government for the next three years was held.
