This atlas provides detailed pre-crisis satellite imagery coverage over the main border crossing for Somali refugees entering Ethiopia, over the border towns of Dolo, Ethiopia and Doolow, Somalia. It is produced by UNITAR/UNOSAT in support of international humanitarian assistance in the Horn of Africa following the extreme drought. The atlas is based on satellite imagery acquired on 7 June 2012 and has been designed for easy printing and readability on A4 and A3 paper. Individual map sheets were designed at 1:2,500 scale. | |
