Are you ready to take your great idea from concept to successful implementation?

UNITAR's Division for Prosperity is excited to launch its new global e-learning platform for entrepreneurship - the Great Ideas Space (www.greatideas.space). Suitable for new and experienced entrepreneurs alike, the platform aims to empower you to engage in sustainable business practices and social entrepreneurship, and address current issues and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, climate change, gender, and more.

We're working with partners and experts around the world who are dedicated to empowering the world's youth, with content and experts from reknown institutions including Stanford University, and we will be delivering many of the courses through award-winning, microlearning system, EdApp. These entrepreneurship initiatives are supported by Sida, and the government and people of Japan.

The Great Ideas Space is the next step in the evolution of our social entrepreneurship for youth programmes we have been delivering in Africa and the Middle East since 2015. With a focus on active and collaborative learning, we're developing a range of mobile-first, gamified, micro-learning modules to help bring your great ideas to market.

The launch of the Great Ideas Space coincides with the start of its first 2020 entrepreneurship programme: Frontier Technologies for Sustainable Development: Unlocking Women's Entrepreneurship through Artificial Intelligence, which is supported by Sida. We're looking forward to seeing what great ideas the select group of female entrepreneurs from Afghanistan and Iraq are going to be developing over the next few months.

2020 is going to be a busy and exciting year for the platform - we'll be announcing more programmes and making courses freely available as the year progresses. Stay tuned!
