Do you want to know more about the revised Integrated Disarmament, Demobilization and Reintegration Standards (IDDRS) and how they keep supporting DDR practitioners in planning and implementing DDR in challenging political and security contexts?

Following the recent launch of the revised IDDRS and as a member of the Inter-Agency Working Group (IAWG) on Disarmament, Demobilization and Reintegration (DDR), UNITAR has updated its online course “UN Approach to DDR”, offered as part of its advanced online training offering for all assigned or deployed UN Volunteers.

The course will show you that the IDDRS are not just about policy-making and standards, but the final aim is to concretely contribute to the entire peace continuum, to prevent a relapse into violence and, most importantly, to leave no one behind.

Follow the course link to learn more and send us an email at ptp@unitar.org in order to register. UN Volunteers are eligible for taking this course for free.
